today kicks off the Chinese New Year. 2011 is the year of the rabbit.
also, back in the 80s, i was born in the year of the rabbit.
i take this to mean i'm going to have an epic year.

i've lived thru just one other rabbit year since being born: 1999
that was the year prince taught us all how to party like there's no tomorrow.
i can't remember what else happened that year except i think i turned 12 and shaved my legs for the first time. (had to make my twiggy limbs look good for all those plaid skorts i so loved to wear.)
um.
i promise no skorts in 2011. but i make no guarantees about not listening to prince. you never know.
any big plans out there for 2011? ... any other rabbits?

I wish you would have guaranteed skorts. I totally wore the plaid ones, too. I wonder if there's knee-length ones somewhere in the world that would fit me....I've even shave my legs to wear them!!
